In order to register to the congress you have to log-in to the system with a login name and password that you should save and remember, as that password will enable you to edit your registration and make all the necessary changes you wish to until October 14th After that date, all changes and new registrations must be emailed to the Conference Technical Secretariat (secretaria@afidcongresos.com).
The register should not become final until the payment is done. Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation via email.

CANCELATION POLICY
All cancellations should be informed via email to secretaria@afidcongresos.com. Cancellations received before September 26th will incur a cancellation fee of 50€ as management expenses. After that date, the delegate fee will be non- refundable.
