You are responsible of finding and reserving your own accommodation. Observe that Santander is a turistic place, so Hotel occupancy can be high. We advise you to make hotel reservations as soon as possible.
The organization has established an agreement with several hotels in the city of Santander offering special rates for attendees that will only be applicable by making a reservation through secretaria@afidcongresos.com
PAYMENTS and CANCELLATION POLICY
The payment of the hotel will be made when leaving it. However, a credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation at no cost. For group reservations, please contact the Technical Secretariat
All cancellations must be sent in writing to secretaria@afidcongresos.com. Cancellations made before October 4, 2022 will be fully refunded minus €50 management fees. After this date, there will be no right to any refund.
